FERRUM I TITANIUM
The second stage of Alchemia carries on the architectural look set out by its predecessor. Two new office towers, FERRUM and TITANIUM, as well as additional ground-level retail services greatly expanded the capabilities of the business complex, halfway through its completion. The high quality of the investment project has translated into valuable tenants and the shorter time needed to lease all available space. Alchemia stage II was named Best New Office of the Year in Poland at the 2015 Eurobuild Awards, the prestigious commercial real estate competition.
The current owner of the building is Polski Holding Nieruchomości.
