Torus engages in Corporate Social Responsibility in numerous ways, including in sports activities. Not only we participate in many events and sports tournaments that support charitable causes, we also directly support local athletes, working with them to get them involved in events organized for our office tenants.
BARTOSZ BANACH
A professional triathlete, passionate about sport since he was 10. Triathlon has become his full-time job, where he works hard – and with very good results. In 2017 he reached 7thplace at IRONMAN 70.3 in Thailand. PAWEŁ MIZIARSKI
An athlete since childhood, though he became a triathlete at 16. His path has been a hard one, combining triathlon training sessions with regular employment. In 2014 he took 1st place at the Herbalife Triathlon in Gdynia in his age group and a year later, at the same event, he won a participation slot at the IRONMAN 70.3 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2016 in the Sunshine Coast, Australia. We have been supporting Paweł since 2015 and we have our fingers crossed every time he steps on the starting line.
WYBRZEŻE GDAŃSK
A local Gdańsk handball club dating back to 1951, they are 10-times Poland Champion and two times European Championship finalists. We are extremely proud to be able to support coach Marcin Lijewski and his boys as they take on the best teams in the Superliga.
