Tomek joined the company’s management board in mid-2024 and at the same time continues to serve as the company’s Financial Director.

He is responsible for the overall finances of Torus and the Torus Capital Group – accounting, controlling and tax issues. Its key role is to obtain external financing for the implementation of investment projects. In addition, together with the owners, he actively participates in the construction and implementation of the development strategy of the Torus Group, he is also involved in key negotiations and conducting real estate purchase and sale transactions.

He has nearly 20 years of experience in financial management in large organizations. He gained it, m.in, in consulting companies Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young (now EY), implementing projects for large production and trading companies. He also has experience in building large sales organizations (start-ups). For some time, he was associated with the energy industry, including Grupa Azoty S.A., where he managed one of the subsidiaries in the agricultural chemicals industry. He also ran his own business, dealing mainly with financial consulting and optimization processes.

He is a graduate of the Cracow University of Economics (major: finance and banking), he also completed Executive MBA studies at the Warsaw University of Technology and London Business School.

Privately, he is interested in traveling and martial arts.
