Development requires good space
Techstep was founded in 2016. The company, through a skilful blend of mobile devices, software, information security, and specialist expertise, assists companies in optimal utilisation of their potential for growth. Techstep implements customised working tools, dedicated to particular employees, thanks to which it boosts efficiency and commitment of the entire team. The company’s objective is to become a European leader in delivering solutions which will enable respective clients to work more efficiently, in a more sustainable manner.
The further growth of the company on the local market called for a new, more comfortable working space for the employees. Thus, a decision was made to move to Officyna which fulfils high quality standards, and additionally, is excellently served by public transport. The office building is located by the main Tricity thoroughfare, in close proximity of bus and tram stops, within walking distance from the Gdańsk Wrzeszcz train station which services PKP/SKM/PKP trains.
- Sustainable growth remains one of the paramount principles of the company, therefore, while taking business decisions, we always try to think about the environment, and the specific influence our decisions exert on the surrounding. The choice of the office which will serve us in terms of growth over the coming years was pretty much straightforward. We decided on Officyna, an office building which was awarded a top-level LEED certificate in the American assessment system of high-efficiency buildings, and is energy-saving as a consequence, while having been made from human-friendly construction materials. Throughout the lease process, we have been assisted by Brookfield Partners, represented primarily by Katarzyna Stalmach and Magdalena Kozak. It was a pleasure to have been able to collaborate with such professionals – says Monika Siewior, HR Professional, Techstep Poland..
- We are glad Techstep Poland opted for the quality of office space, along with the first-class location in Gdańsk Wrzeszcz. I am certain the respective employees will instantly appreciate the new office, the place that will boost the company’s further development on the local market – says Marcin Piątkowski, Leasing Director at Torus.
The Techstep team will begin working in the new space in November this year. The office will be located on the second floor of the building which emerged within the first stage of Officyna, and is currently leased out at nearly ninety percent. Throughout the transaction, the lessee was advised by Brookfield Partners.
- Upon an in-depth analysis and verification of the market, Techstep Poland have chosen Officyna building as their new headquarters. We strongly believe that this very location will boost the further development of the company. Thanks to the well-thought-out space design, which is to support and integrate the entire organization, the team will find it increasingly easier to cooperate within. We wish the company the best of luck at successful projects and new challenges. Huge thanks to the Techstep Poland team, and in particular to Monika Siewior and Bartosz Leoszewski, for the trust they have placed in us. Additionally, we recognize the professional approach to the entire process displayed by Torus, with the key roles having been played by Marcin Dejna and Marcin Piątkowski - says Katarzyna Stalmach, Senior Advisor at Brookfield Partners.
