Design Department Director
Wiola joined the Torus team in 2007, initially assuming the position of assistant designer, recognizing sizeable potential within the company from the outset. She was right. Moving through successive developmental levels over the upcoming years, in 2022, she assumed the position of Design Department Director.
On an everyday basis, she is responsible for managing a team of nearly ten persons, whose main goal is to secure the designing needs of the entire Torus Group. She finds a good work atmosphere to be of immense value, thus, she takes particularly good care of it. Multiple challenges lie ahead of her and her department, related to the new directions of development, or to the entry into new areas of designing, cubic architecture, or turn-key apartments, among others. The development of an independent designing brand remains both an ambition, and a particular objective as well – presenting the department’s comprehensive offer to the market, and providing design services to the external entities. Wioletta is also responsible for the delivery of design-architectural expertise, seeking innovation, and analysing the market in this respect.
Wiola is a graduate of Wyższa Szkoła Sztuki i Projektowania in Łódź (major: interior design), while she also completed postgraduate studies in innovation management.
Interior designing is not just work to me. Above all, it is a passion which drives me every day. It is a constant search for harmony between functionality and aesthetics. Moreover, our designs must not only be visually appealing, but first and foremost, should improve the quality of life and work comfort. The in-team cooperation is key to achieving these goals. Thanks to the diversity of talents, we are able to generate ideas which would be impossible to produce while working alone.
