Marcin Piątkowski

Marcin joined Torus in 2017 as director of the commercialization department. Together with a team of several people, he is responsible for actively searching for tenants for commercial space, preparing offers and conducting negotiations. He is also involved in the development of the company’s business activities, developing market reports and profitability analyzes of projects, and participates in conceptual work regarding new investments. His role is also to represent the company externally and develop relations with the broadly understood market – both the business and institutional environment.
In his daily work, he uses many years of experience gained in previous positions, where he was responsible, among others, for: for active acquisition of investors, especially foreign ones, he was also directly involved in or supervised the preparation of many comprehensive investment offers, location studies and feasibility studies. Marcin is a graduate of the University of Gdańsk (Faculty of Economics, specialization: Foreign Trade).
