The branch office of Sollers Consulting, an international company from the business consulting and IT sector, extended the lease agreement for 1,100 square metres of office space in Officyna, an office building located in Gdańsk. Throughout the negotiating process, the lessee was represented by Savills, an advisory firm.
- It was a natural decision to stay in Officyna. This is a place in which feel well, and which supports our development. We are certain we will be able to fulfil ambitious goals in this very space, and keep developing in a dynamic way. We would like to thank Savills for their help in running the entire process in a swift manner – says Marcin Pluta, Managing Partner and co-founder of Sollers Consulting.
The Tricity Sollers Consulting employees will hold on to their address in the coming years, and will continue working in Officyna, an office building developed by Torus, a company originating from Gdańsk. The area size of the occupied office space will also remain unchanged, which is the best indication of the positive assessment of the location, standard, and the functionality of the office complex located in the Gdańsk district of Wrzeszcz. The Tricity-based branch office of Sollers Consulting will cover the space of 1,100 square metres.
- We are utterly glad that the strengths of Officyna building, related to location and quality, have been proven in practice. We are content in the knowledge that Sollers will continue its development in the coming years in this very location. What needs to be particularly emphasized is the fact that despite the current market trends, the tenant maintained the size of its office, with a view of providing maximum comfort to its employees – says Marcin Piątkowski, Leasing Director at Torus.
Piotr Skuza, Associate Director in lessee representation department at Savills, adds: – We are pleased we could advise Sollers Consulting in the process of lease agreement extension. Maintaining the office space at the same level indicates trust given to the location and high standard of Officyna, an office compound which excellently addressed the needs of an ambitious, dynamically developing IT company.
Officyna is located in the Gdańsk district of Wrzeszcz, at a site well served by public transportation, erected by the main thoroughfare, in a close vicinity of bus and tram stops, along with the PKP/SKM/PKM train station. The investment arose in two stages, with its total leasable area standing at 12,300 square metres.
The first stage of the investment, which houses the Sollers office, is a cosy office-commercial building, with the leasable space of 5,000 square metres. It is located right by Aleja Grunwaldzka, and perfectly blends into the business nature of the district. The ground floor embraces commercial premises accessible both from the street and lobby as well. The higher storeys accommodate office spaces of nearly 4,200 square metres in total size. Torus took additional care of the cycling infrastructure – designing sanitary facilities with changing rooms, lockers, and showers inside the building, with bicycle parking spots available both in the garage hall, and outdoors alike.
Officyna, which was commissioned into use in 2020, was designed by Warsaw-based APA Wojciechowski architectural office. The building is certificated in the LEED system on the highest level of platinum.
