How do we work?
You explore the space, we learn something about you. We describe the building and its surrounding, show you the most important places and respective access paths. It helps you feel right at home, and define further needs.
Welcome on board! It’s time your dedicated employees learnt the ABCs of the in-building and IT systems. It is also the moment we establish rules of mutual cooperation.
We know each other better and better. Consequently, we can flexibly adjust our procedures to the ones that exist in your company. We also share with you the tools that will facilitate working and operating inside the building.
We reconcile utilities each month, while simultaneously adjusting the operations of the systems (e.g. heating, air conditioning, or lighting) to your needs and preferable working modes.
We remove all breakdowns and malfunctions on the spot. We provide a platform to report various occurrences, with our technical team available 24/7 (with phone-answering services available between 4pm and 8am). In the event of emergencies, we take immediate action.
We conduct regular technical inspections and maintenance work to limit the occurrence of unexpected malfunctions to a minimum.
We meet every six months on a regular basis, but we are at your disposal every time you need us. We care about the ongoing contact.
From hanging pictures, through moving furniture, to remodelling premises – we plan, coordinate, and execute. We offer assistance in technical and organizational matters, and should you wish – we can also take care of advertising.

While representing the owner/property manager, we oversee the proper operations of all installations. We maintain the efficiency of the technical infrastructure, perform regular maintenance works and mandatory inspections.
We respond
By means of a tailor-made platform – SING, around the clock, one can report all kinds of malfunctions or observations. The response time amounts to one hour maximum upon the entry of the occurrence into the platform (with a standby technician on duty beyond regular working hours). Next, the problem is verified – the malfunction is removed instantly, or the area is properly secured with further steps planned in the shortest possible time.
We adjust
We coordinate the performance of the systems (e.g. temperature, direction of air outlets, device working times, setting timetables, intensity of light, etc.) in compliance with the individual preferences of the lessee.
We rearrange
We know that the needs evolve. Increasing or decreasing space? Functional changes (e.g. new divisions of space, different nature of space, innovations)? Our FM department with take comprehensive care of everything – from identifying the needs and respective consulting, through project execution (including proper device setting, fire controls, health and safety at work regulations), up to the final commissioning.
