A logistic-warehouse centre, bordering on south-west suburbs of Gdańsk, located in a dynamically developing warehouse-dispatch zone, along the Tricity ringroad.

The property comprises a plot of land of 30,800 m2 in size, developed with a warehousing hall, alongside an office-social zone, totalling more than 12,000 m2 in size. The modern warehousing hall, with the storage height of 6.5 and 9m, was equipped with loading docks with hydraulic self-levelling ramps, and two driveways for delivery trucks.
