FORMAT is a modern ofiice-commercial building located in a cosy part of Gdańsk-Oliwa, the area which also constitutes the business heart of Tricity. The location of the investment, in close vicinity to means of public transportation, primarily SKM and PKM train stations, proves to be its great asset. The proximity of the Oliwa’s Park, residential estates, or an external sports zone which is to be set up within the boundaries of the plot, masterfully supplement the offer.
The technological solutions applied in the building are environment-friendly, and comply with the LEED certification policy. Consequently, this office investment becomes functional and optimal as to the maintenance costs. Moreover, the building’s floor layout makes it possible to adjust space to the needs of most demanding tenants.

We are introducing, yet again, a new city function into a post-industrial area, which was virtually out of use. We are implementing there additional facilities to increase comfort and safety, both with reference to employees, and local residents as well. Thus, we use the surrounding potential in an optimal manner, following the idea of a 15-minute city, where everything is located nearby, where everything we need for our daily life is within walking distance. It is also in line with the Gdańsk policy – building a compact, inward-facing city. As a matter of fact, it is not our final ‘performance’ in this very district.
