Altus Palace
This is where tradition meets a modern approach to space. Thanks to several years of work hand in hand with an experienced team of architects and preservationists, the historic Wrocław-based Leipziger Palace delights, and performs a new function. The perfectly restored building is our investment gem, and marks a new chapter in Torus’ history, within which the model of circularity plays a special role. The restoration was recognized by external specialists: it won the second-place award in the ‘Modernisation of historic facility’ category in the Piękny Wrocław competition, was ranked in the third place among Lower Silesia investments in the ‘Modernisation of the Year & Construction of XXI century’ poll, and received an accolade in the Lower Silesia Consumer Laurel competition in the category of ‘immobile monument’.

We have completed multiple works related to conservation, restoration, and modernisation, which allowed us to adapt the building to its new functions. It was only a few years ago that the building was falling apart. Today, it makes an unbelievable impression, which shows the enormous amount of work and effort we put into the investment process. It was our first investment that we carried out under such strict conservation supervision, with regard to such a historic facility, with meeting requirements and expectations of the preservationist proving to be quite a challenge, both it terms of commercialisation, and generating interest of investment funds as well.
