Property operations management

Coordinating the day-to-day functioning of the building: supervising technical and cleaning services, handling tenant requests, managing subcontractor cooperation, and maintaining high standards in common areas.

Tenant services and user relations

Ongoing communication with tenants, handling requests through the helpdesk system, resolving current issues, supporting space reorganization, and managing the handover and return of leased units.
