PRO Tiger is a continuation of Outsourcing Stars, a prestigious contest that has been organized by Pro Progressio since 2013. Following particular trends, the organizers opted to change its name and expand the formula onto additional categories. PRO Tiger is a contest intended for innovative organizations, startups, self-governments, and individual managers. Its goal is to identify and award leaders in their respective domains. It has a non-commercial nature, and is freely available for all public and private organizations across Poland.
Officyna won in the ‘Best office facility’ category, surpassing two other investments in the grand final: Gdańsk-based 3T Office Park (3T Office Park), and Łódź-based Hi Piotrkowska (Master Management Group).
Modern, cosy, unique
Officyna is a cosy office-commercial investment, made up of two five-storey buildings linked by a direct passageway. It is located in the heart of Wrzeszcz, a district of Gdańsk, widely considered the ‘other city centre’, with its total leasable area amounting to 12,300 square metres. The architectural blueprint was drawn up by a team from APA Wojciechowski design office, including employees from its local Tricity branch. The first stage of the investment was commissioned into use in September 2019, with its second stage following close in 2022. At present, Officyna is leased out at nearly ninety percent, with its tenant mix comprised of, among others: Transcom, Sollers Consulting, Playsoft, Bank Ochrony Środowiska, Avenga IT Professionals, Nationale-Nederlanden Usługi Finansowe, Diverse CG, Baskervill, Atlassian Poland, Techstep Poland.
Attractively located, superbly served by transport
Officyna is located in the centre of Wrzeszcz, at a city site well served by public transport, along the main thoroughfare. The employees of respective lessees find it easy to access multiple means of public transportation, finding bus and tram stops in the vicinity, along with the PKP/SKM/PKM train station.
In high standard
Officyna was erected in a high, forged-over-years standard of Torus. The buildings come with numerous energy-saving solutions, innovative ventilation units, three-metre surface height that guarantees ample supply of day light and large cubature, alongside additional facilities making the space friendly for people with disabilities and reduced mobility.
Certificated, pro-ecological
Both buildings are certificated in the LEED system at the highest level of platinum. It means, among others, the fulfilment of strict ecological norms, minimisation of energy and water consumption, and construction with the use of human-friendly materials. Moreover, 100% of the currently used electric energy in the buildings is generated from the windmill resources, within the installation of renewable energy, which is further acknowledged by respective certificates. We have also taken care of the cyclist infrastructure. Officyna accommodates sanitary facilities with changing rooms, lockers, and showers, with biking parking spots to be found both in the garage hall, and outdoors as well, all of which successfully encourages particular employees to utilize this very form of transportation.
Blended into the surrounding, inspiring
Officyna constitutes another developmental piece of Aleja Grunwaldzka in Gdańsk as a major business street, and home to multiple commercial and office facilities. The investment has also become a founding element of the vast revitalisation of Wrzeszcz, and its ‘re-discovery’ through modern area development, aligned with the existing housing infrastructure. Officyna’s unique nature is further bolstered by colourful murals placed on the external common areas, authored by TUSE, a well-known artist. As a consequence, the walls that embrace the plot on the inside were given a new lease of life. On warm days, tucked into the friendly and carefully designed space, one can break away from work, even if only for a while.
Officyna presents an interesting offer primarily for small- and medium-sized companies which found the high-quality office space more accessible in this very part of the city. In the vicinity, there are multiple commercial, food, and trade outlets, which cater to the everyday needs.
