Monika Brzozowska
She began her adventure with Torus in 2010, starting out in the leasing department. Her talent, courage, and determination, over time, led to the creation and development of an independent in-company marketing unit. By gaining trust, she established a long-term vision of Torus brand communication, making it possible to break out from the classic developer’s storyline.
Currently, she oversees work done by a team made up of several people, while setting strategies and creating exceptional projects which draw attention of the entire market. She is strategically responsible for the communication performed by the company, alongside its products, being also involved in developmental aspects. By carefully analysing trends, and searching for new, creative solutions, she instils courage in her team to think outside the box and blaze new trails. As this carries over onto the products – in this case buildings, it creates a unique mix of experiences and values (USP – Unique Selling Point).
Everything that Monika does and creates, is based on three values to which she can strongly relate: courage, understanding, and responsibility. In her opinion, in the developer’s activity which centres around the creation of urban space, the human factor plays a key role in achieving success. Thus, she attaches great importance not only to the definition of brand awareness, but also to the proper experience a client enjoys while dealing with the particular product. In the early stage of her professional career, she was working in the luxury goods segment, and these valuable experiences she has been taking advantage of all along.
Monika is a graduate of Warmińsko-Mazurski University in Olsztyn (Faculty: NOŻ, major: Commodity science). Post-graduate studies at WSB, Psychology of Business.
