Michał Kamzelewski
A graduate of University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Law and Administration, Major of Law (full-time).
In the years of 2015-2018, he completed legal counsel apprenticeship at the District Chamber of Legal Counsel in Gdańsk.
Since 2018, upon passing the legal counsel examination (with honours), registered as legal counsel at the District Chamber of Legal Counsel in Gdańsk.
When studying at university, he undertook apprenticeship placements at various law firms in the Tricity, while also contributing at the Student University Legal Advice Centre (activity completed with honours).
Throughout the legal counsel apprenticeship, and subsequently also as a full-fledged legal counsel, he cooperated with law firms, as well as multiple market entities representing sectors of energy, hospitality, finance, and IT, having gained experience embracing comprehensive legal services rendered to legal subjects, along with running legal proceedings within administration, court-administration, and civil procedures.
At Torus, being a member of Legal Department, he is held accountable for the ongoing legal services, including corporate legal matters. He also provides comprehensive legal services across numerous dedicated investments.
In his work, he emphasises honesty, attempting to approach each case with an ‘open mind’.
In his spare time, he likes to remain active – chiefly spending time swimming, also riding a bicycle or working out in the gym.
Over the upcoming years, he has set sights on …. swimming across Gdańsk Bay, from Gdynia to Hel.
He is proficient at the English language.
