Marcin Frozyna

Almost a twenty-people-strong team, which is currently managed by Marcin, responds for the entirety of the investment realization and investor supervision. Operationally, the department performs a function of the general contractor, and is primarily made up of engineers, site managers, project managers, or supervision inspectors. The team is competent in conducting market analyses, assessing projects in terms of respective economics, and applied technical solutions, project technical-engineering optimisations, as well as drawing budgets, scheduling, and subcontracting. The department is also responsible for conducting/organizing construction works, technical acceptances, and upon completing the construction process, for the maintenance and technical supervision. It is also held partially accountable for preparing documentation related to certification.

Marcin is a graduate of Gdańsk University of Technology (Faculty of Civil Engineering, specialisation: structures); he has also completed a project management course.
