Punctuality and quality are the two pillars on which Maciej bases his work. It is on them that he builds trust in Torus, as well as in himself, and he is doing quite well, because he has already made quite a lot of trouble-free and trouble-free tackles.
Thanks to careful market observation and ongoing contacts with tenants, he creates technical and commercial recommendations that can be used by designers, as well as studies and reports for internal needs. Maciej participates in the creation of the final product that Torus offers to the market at various levels. It has an impact on the image of the brand that the customer builds through their experience, contacts with the company and its representatives. It also takes care of maintaining and developing relationships with business and partners.
Maciej is also responsible for creating modern packages of technical solutions, related to e.g. ESG, in which specific types of lighting or materials used for the arrangement are deliberately offered, m.in. In his professional career, he has worked a lot in the construction environment, first as an assistant designer, then as a site engineer, site manager, project manager or contract manager.
He is a graduate of the Gdańsk University of Technology (Faculty of Civil Engineering, major: general construction) and has the right to manage construction sites without restrictions. He also completed postgraduate studies (major: real estate valuation) and MBA studies at the WSB University.
