Atlassian, a company originating from Australia, a worldwide supplier of software solutions, is moving its local office to Officyna in Gdańsk. In order to satisfy its own needs, the company leased the entire floor of the building, i.e. more than 1,760 square metres. The lease agreement was concluded with Officyna’s developer – Torus. The transaction was supported by JLL, an advisory firm.

Torus Logistics and BTV proudly announce the successful completion of Gdynia City Logistics, a state-of-the-art logistics and office hub located on Północna Street in Gdynia. The facility, featuring approx. 21,650 sqm of warehouse space and 1,500 sqm of modern offices, is now fully operational, marking a new chapter for urban logistics in the region.
