Torus Logistics and BTV proudly announce the successful completion of Gdynia City Logistics, a state-of-the-art logistics and office hub located on Północna Street in Gdynia. The facility, featuring approx. 21,650 sqm of warehouse space and 1,500 sqm of modern offices, is now fully operational, marking a new chapter for urban logistics in the region.

Techstep Poland, a company that offers solutions in mobility management in business, has leased over four hundred sixty square metres of space in Officyna, an office building located in the Gdańsk district of Wrzeszcz. The new office, accommodated in a certificated building, located in an attractive site superbly served by public transport, will provide comfortable conditions for the company’s further growth in the Tricity. The lease agreement signed with Torus, a developer company, covers the period of five years, with the transaction brokered by Brookfield Partners advisory company. The office building (first stage of Officyna) is currently leased out at nearly ninety percent.

The branch office of Sollers Consulting, an international company from the business consulting and IT sector, extended the lease agreement for 1,100 square metres of office space in Officyna, an office building located in Gdańsk. Throughout the negotiating process, the lessee was represented by Savills, an advisory firm.

Greenstone, a fund specialising in the private equity investments, has purchased an 80% package of shares in the special purpose company which owns Format, an office building located in Gdańsk. The remaining 20% of shares will stay in the Torus Group. It has been the first sales transaction of such magnitude concerning a newly built office facility across regional markets in Poland since 2022. The seller – Torus – has been supported throughout the process by experts from Cushman & Wakefield, a global commercial real estate services firm, with legal consulting services provided by a renowned law firm, Greenberg Traurig.
