Katarzyna Zielińska
Kasia joined the Torus team in February 2020. Initially, she took up an independent position as an attorney, and at the end of 2022 she also became the director of a legal department of several people responsible for servicing the entire Torus Group.
As a director, she coordinates the work of a team of lawyers, distributes tasks and is responsible for internal reporting of activities undertaken.
Her daily duties also include, m.in, legal services for investments, including verification of concluded contracts, analysis of real estate documentation, participation in meetings with contractors, negotiation of provisions of agreements/contracts, conducting court and administrative proceedings, as well as due diligence and participation in real estate sale or purchase transactions. Leading the work of the legal department, he takes care of the security of the business, securing the risks associated with it and indicating the best solutions for the organization.

Kasia has extensive experience in the real estate market. In her professional career, from the very beginning, she has provided services to business entities operating in this industry, in particular residential developers, including capital groups and listed companies.
She is a graduate of the University of Gdańsk (Faculty of Law and Administration, major: law) and holds the professional title of attorney and mediator qualifications. At the same university, she completed her bachelor’s degree (Faculty of Social Sciences, major: political science) and postgraduate studies (Faculty of Law and Administration, major: finance and tax law).
