Torus Logistics and BTV announce a strategic collaboration with Solwena on the Gdynia City Logistics project. This state-of-the-art warehouse and office facility is a warehouse space that meets the highest standards with high energy efficiency provided by Percee®. The partnership between Torus and Solwena represents a significant step towards increased energy efficiency and sustainability in the logistics industry.
Gdynia City Logistics will benefit from the advanced capabilities of the Percee® system. Percee® is a comprehensive system for energy management in buildings. The system monitors and controls a facility’s technical systems, taking into account information about users’ needs and behaviour. It allows energy consumption to be optimised and operating costs to be reduced. This innovative system can result in significant savings for tenants and energy costs can be reduced by up to 40% compared to other similar logistics facilities on the market.
Gdynia City Logistics is an excellent choice for tenants who want to realise sustainability and reduce their carbon footprint. The Percee® system also means optimal use of primary, renewable and secondary energy sources, as well as efficient energy storage. By using Percee®, Gdynia City Logistics is a facility that meets EU and Polish requirements: adapted to new and future regulations, tariffs, ready for FIT 55 and compliant with the Green Deal, equipped with intelligent technologies based on advanced algorithmics and artificial intelligence (AI).
"Our partnership with Solwena and the implementation of the Percee® system at Gdynia City Logistics represent an important milestone in our mission to provide smart, sustainable solutions for the logistics industry. We are pleased to be able to offer tenants the benefits of significantly reduced energy costs and increased operational efficiency. Gdynia City Logistics is a testament to our commitment to sustainability and innovation. We look forward to seeing the positive impact of this solution on tenants and the environment" - says Tomasz Puch, Co-Founder, Managing Partner at BTV.
“In all our investments we pay great attention to the energy efficiency of buildings, which is also confirmed by the certificates we obtain. This is part of the investment strategy we have been implementing for almost 20 years, based on the principles of responsible, sustainable construction and, importantly, in line with current ESG requirements” - says Przemysław Ryś, vice-president of Torus.
