Hotel Villa Aqua is a two-star hotel in Sopot, located at the intersection of ul. Sępa and Zamkowa Góra, close to the Aquapark and only a five-minute walk from the beach. The hotel has 53 rooms. The property investor is Gdańsk Towarzystwo Inwestycyjne Sp. z o.o., while Torus was the general contractor during the building’s construction. The investment was finalised in April 2007.
Hotel Villa Sedan is a two-star hotel in Sopot, at ul. Pułaskiego 18/20. Its history can be traced back to the 19thcentury and it was renovated in 2002. The hotel can house 37 people in 21 rooms with bathrooms. The property investor is Gdańsk Towarzystwo Inwestycyjne Sp. z o.o. The investment was finalised in February 2002.
