Foundation stone and topping-out wreath at the construction site of all.inn in Gdańsk. Torus owners’ new investment grows taller by the minute.

Foundation stone and topping-out wreath at the construction site of all.inn in Gdańsk. Torus owners’ new investment grows taller by the minute.

The construction process of all.inn, a new residential concept dedicated to students, was launched with momentum only a few months ago. On July 26, ceremonial laying of the foundation stone took place, along with … hanging the traditional topping-out wreath – all that because the highest point of the structure has already been reached. All.inn is a cosy, modern facility situated in the heart of Gdańsk Wrzeszcz, right next to several universities: Technical University, Medical University, and Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management. Inside the modern tenement house one will find thirty-five comfortable and well-equipped rooms, alongside stylish common areas which boost development, relaxation, and integration. The planned date for obtaining the occupancy permit is set at the beginning of the second quarter of 2026.

- All.inn is another city-shaping investment in which Torus has been involved, although it is the first one specifically dedicated to students. Both in terms of its function and architecture, it fits superbly into the character of Gdańsk Wrzeszcz district. The building is excellently-situated and well-served by public transport – there are several universities in the vicinity, along with bus and tram stops, and the SKM Gdańsk Politechnika commuter train station. The project is being developed with students and their modern needs in mind. All.inn will provide comfortable living conditions, space for studying, as well as areas for active leisure and socializing. It will be a modern and safe place that supports growth and development, something that will surely be appreciated by young students and their parents alike – says Przemysław Ryś, Torus CEO.

MiMiD Group is the investor; a company affiliated through ownership with Grupa Torus. The architectural blueprint of the building and interior arrangement was drawn up by the design department of Torus, which is also the general contractor for the project. When the construction process has been completed, the company will take on the role of operator and property manager of the facility.

- We have reached the shell and core open stage, which we traditionally celebrate by placing the topping-out wreath in the presence of the company’s owners, employees, contractors’ representatives, partners, and guests. We have begun mounting the window joinery, as well as the works within interior finishing, installations, and roofing. In the near future, we will initiate work on thermal insulation –- says Piotr Nisiewicz, Project Manager at Torus.

Cosy, inspiring

All.inn is a four-storey modern townhouse with one underground level. The stylish, cosy building will stand out both in terms of its appearance and functionality as well. There are thirty-five fully equipped rooms inside, offering accommodation for a total of forty residents. Most of them are cosy single-person areas, however, there are also comfortable double rooms designed, expertly addressing the needs of couples or friends, in a twin-bed configuration. Additionally, one of the rooms will be adapted to the needs of people with limited mobility. Each room will be independent in functionality – with its own bathroom and kitchenette, providing residents with comfort and a sense of privacy. All.inn is a place which merges modern design with practical solutions – perfect for those who value quality, freedom, and convenience in their living space throughout an important stage of student life.

Greenery through the windows and recreational area

A green recreational zone of nearly seven hundred square metres in size will be created at the building plot, providing all.inn residents with a space to relax and integrate with others in close proximity of nature. It is a place designed for unwinding with a book in your hand, hanging out with friends, or simply enjoying serene moments outdoors. The building is surrounded by lush, stately trees – chestnut trees whose branches reach up to the windows, almost peeking into the rooms. This will create an extraordinary climate that favours studying and tranquillity.

Safe and dedicated to students

Young people leaving home for college seek out attractive living spaces, close to their campus, whereas their parents oftentimes zone in on safety matters. All.inn meets all these needs, it is a well-located, student-dedicated facility.

–For parents, the quality of the room and the facility itself is important, but safety is equally essential. Other factors also play a significant role, such as the location of the facility, transparent rental offer, simple procedure of booking, and English-speaking staff. One should also factor in monitoring, security, and technical support. We have taken care of every detail in here - says Małgorzata Dąbrowska, Head of Marketing at Grupa Torus.

Student life zone

All.inn is a comfortable, multi-functional space designed for shared living and personal growth. The architects have created attractive common areas which will jolly up everyday routines and boost social interaction. A spacious kitchen with a large table is planned – ideal for cooking and spending time together, along with a cosy leisure area, and a laundry room with washing and drying machines. A dedicated exercise room will make an ideal spot for a basic strength workout, aerobics, yoga, or dance, allowing respective residents to stay in shape and feel good. On top of that, two separate study rooms will provide a quiet space for learning, done both individually, and in small groups alike.

Gdańsk has its own student quarter

There is no coincidence in the location and character of the investment – this part of Wrzeszcz is truly a 15-minute student city. Within just a quarter of an hour – on foot, by bike or public transport – one can reach nearby universities (Gdańsk Technical University, Gdańsk Medical University, and Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management), as well as numerous other places that are important from the perspective of student life. In this very heart of student-centred Gdańsk, you will find iconic clubs, cinema, theatre, shops, shopping malls with food halls, cosy cafes and restaurants, along with multiple service outlets necessary in everyday life.

All.inn is the closest student-dedicated facility to the SKM commuter train station, allowing students to quickly reach popular spots in the post-shipyard areas of Gdańsk, Sopot, or other parts of the Tricity. Nearby, there are also tram and bus stops, as well as bike paths that make it easy to move around the city within shorter distances. Additionally, this part of Wrzeszcz has a unique charm – it is a quiet, villa-style district abundant in greenery. In the neighbourhood, one will find the German embassy and a courthouse building.

Self-service, high standard

While developing the concept and design of all.inn, the focus was placed on what matters most – functionality and safety. Thanks to this, students will have perfect conditions for learning and everyday life – it will all be comfortable and convenient. All.inn will be a self-service building, operating under the same simple and transparent rules all year long – as a ‘home of students’. It will be managed by a Torus team in the role of asset manager.

The completion of the construction process is envisaged at the turn of the first and second quarters of 2026. The first residents are expected to move in several weeks upon the obtaining of occupancy permit.
