Investment Planning Department Director

DZIAŁ PLANOWANIA INWESTYCJI

Edyta joined Torus in September 2004, so she has been associated with the company almost from the beginning of its existence. Initially, she was employed as a project management specialist, later she took on a managerial role in the Investment Planning Department (DPI), and currently she is the director of this unit.

The nine-person department he manages is mainly responsible for preparing the investment for implementation, but his tasks and responsibilities affect the entire investment process – from the moment of interest in buying a plot, through construction, to the sale of the property.

Edyta’s team prepares, m.in other things, analyses of investment opportunities or investment concepts created in cooperation with architectural studios, and also commissions absorption analyses, construction, detailed and technical designs. He is also responsible for all formal and legal activities, e.g. obtaining a building permit or an occupancy permit.

The DPI department also conducts all processes related to the certification of buildings in the LEED system, and is currently also responsible for ESG reporting.

Edyta is a graduate of several universities: University of Gdańsk (Faculty of Management, specialization: Economics of Enterprises), Szczecin University of Technology (Faculty of Civil and Architecture, Real Estate Valuation Study), Gdańsk University of Technology (Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering, major: Civil Engineering). He also holds several certifications: LEED Green Associate; Certified Project Management Associate Level D; Public Administration Certificate. She also completed postgraduate ESG studies in practice.

Her interests include volleyball, fantasy and fantasy (literature and film) as well as green construction.
