The beginning of October marks the start of cooperation between two operators in the flexible office space market. Collab, present in the Tricity, and Loftmill, operating in seven other cities in Poland, now form a partnership network in which tenants can take advantage of the offers of both operators on preferential terms, regardless of the location.
- At Collab and Loftmill, we have a similar operating philosophy, and a similar standard focused on quality, comfort, attractive location, and professional customer service. We want to take advantage of this, because on the flex market, it is not easy to combine these elements – says Sebastian Rączkowski, Collab Managing Director. - Thanks to our cooperation, customers wishing to open satellite offices in the regions where Collab is not present, will be able to count on a similar quality of service provided by Loftmill, in addition to attractive conditions. Collab is a new brand of flexible office space created by the Torus development group. The first location has recently opened in Format office building in Gdańsk, where 260 work stations have been prepared, with modules of diverse sizes ready to accommodate from two to as many as thirty-seven people. A special dedicated space with its own entrance and server room has also been designed, which will eventually accommodate eighty-six employees. Collab provides a reliable business-class IT infrastructure with symmetrical connectivity, while offering dedicated solutions for entities with their own IT provider. Furniture of premium and Swedish design – desks with height-adjustable tops and the state-of-the-art ergonomic chairs – was provided by Kinnarps.
Format office building, where Collab has been opened, is located in the business district of Gdansk, on the border of Oliwa and Przymorze. It is served well by public transport – located in the vicinity of the PKP/SKM Oliwa train station, providing a comfortable and fast commute for residents of Gdańsk, as well as Sopot, Gdynia, and the neighbouring towns. Long-distance train services, such as Pendolino, are also provided there, so it is an easily accessible place from other cities in Poland, too. Thus, it creates an added value in the context of the partnership network created by Collab and Loftmill.
The next “flex points” will appear in selected Torus office buildings, which will also gradually increase the potential for development of the partnership network. At the beginning of next year, the Neon Flex located in the Neon office building in Gdańsk will turn into a Collab work space.
