The first stage of Alchemia, which obtained its use permit in December 2013, heralded the beginning of significant quality and functional changes to the Tricity office market and wider office market in Poland. The two office towers, AURUM and PLATINUM, ensured a comfortable working environment, while the base of the building became home to the largest sports and recreational centre in northern Poland that is open to everyone. The ground-breaking synergy of mixed-use space within the business complex, coupled with the highest, LEED-certified standards of quality has become Alchemia’s calling sign, continued in the subsequent stages of the entire investment.
